Although art is at the core of what we do, safety comes first. Each individual who joins our team of caregivers follows an intensive vetting process, including:

Interviews

On average, we accept 1 out of approximately 75 applicants. All applicants must have a minimum of 2-3 years of childcare experience to be considered and pass several interviews, which include situational questions to see how they would reason through difficult childcare situations.

References Checks

After the interviews, Primerose-Babyplus Mauritius candidates undergo reference checks. Each of the references must be childcare related, and cannot be provided by family members. In addition, references must speak highly of the candidate’s character, and verify a minimum of 3 years of childcare experience.
